Rising for Over 50 Years
Since 1971, CTF ILLINOIS (CTF), has supported individuals in the Tinley Park, IL community that were in need of vocational training after prolonged mental health hospitalization. Over the years, CTF expanded its support and services throughout Illinois, however, since its inception, it has provided work experience in the light assembly manufacturing sector for adults with neurodiverse diagnosis. In 2023, CTF incorporated RISE (Realizing Inclusion (by) Supporting Employment) as a packaging and assembly company to support financial independence in a working environment of one’s choice.
As a business with a social mission, we are motivated by fostering futures, not profits. By investing in our staff, RISE has created an environment that promotes low turnover, with an 85% retention rate of dedicated workers who specialize in tackling tight timelines. We have a proven track record of success with an unparalleled ability to promptly meet our customers’ needs, no matter the size or time constraints.
