Since 1971, CTF Illinois (CTF), has supported individuals in the Tinley Park, IL community that were in need of vocational training after prolonged mental health hospitalization. Over the years, CTF expanded its support and services throughout Illinois, however, since its inception, it has provided work experience in the light assembly manufacturing sector for adults with neurodiverse diagnosis. In 2023, CTF developed RISE (Realizing Inclusion (by) Supporting Employment) as a division of their programming functioning as a packaging and assembly company to support financial independence in a working environment of one’s choice.
